Processing Times
All items are handmade in our craft room in Northumberland. Processing times vary depending on the type of item:

Completed Items: 3–7 business days

Made‑to‑Order (standard items already listed): 7–10 business days

Bespoke or Custom Requests: 15–21 business days
Processing times may be extended during busy periods, but we will always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free UK shipping on all orders. We offer competitive rates for delivery to all other countries.
Shipping Methods
We ship using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. If you have a preference, please let us know at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Delivery Times (UK)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Packaging
We are committed to sustainability and use recycled inner and outer packaging wherever possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. All Hooked Up cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If we make an addressing error, we will resend your order at no cost to you.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
